Special education and therapy room with learning toys and books at Upkar clinic, Govindpuram

About special education at Upkar

Some children need a different way of learning — because of a learning difficulty, intellectual disability, hearing impairment, autism or ADHD. Special education breaks skills into small steps and teaches them in the way the child learns best.

Sessions are taken by a special educator trained in special education for intellectual disability (M.Ed SE) and hearing impairment (B.Ed SE). Parents and schools get clear goals so the child is supported in class too.
